I led the design and development of two self-paced sexual harassment prevention courses—one for supervisors and one for employees—each meeting California compliance requirements.
The modules took an immersive approach, placing learners in a simulated onboarding experience at a new company, where they navigated workplace scenarios designed to build awareness, model appropriate behavior, and prevent harassment.
My role spanned project management, instructional design, video production, and eLearning development.
